2,405 PHOTOVOLTAIC PANELS
At the end of January 2017, the Satelec teams undertook the installation of a 793.7 kWp photovoltaic power plant on the roof of the Géant Casino shopping centre in Montpellier, with 2,405 panels connected serially by groups of 13, together with the delivery and transformer stations. Work was completed at the end of June.
SEVERAL PROJECTS OF THE SAME TYPE
Since 2011, the company has completed this type of operation on a dozen different sites for Green Yellow, an energy subsidiary of the Casino Group. Concomitantly, Satelec was awarded a contract by the Auchan Group for the electrical connection of car park sun shades and lighting on its site in Dardilly. The work was commissioned in February. Depending on the kind of project, the company can be called upon to install solar energy panels either on the roofs of buildings or as car park sun shades. For the latter, it also takes care of the lighting under the shades. To date, the biggest operation undertaken is for the equipment of the roofs, car park sun shades and lighting of the Géant Casino shopping Centre in Pau.
