CLÉMENT FAYAT, GROUP FOUNDER
Born in 1932, Clément Fayat, founder of the eponymous group, started leading his first company at the age of 22.
A self-taught individual, he began his entrepreneurial journey in the Bordeaux region (Gironde) in 1957. As a champion of growth and development, he has transformed Fayat into the largest independent French construction group.
JEAN-CLAUDE FAYAT, PRESIDENT
Born in 1958, Jean-Claude Fayat, eldest son of Clément Fayat, holds a degree from ESIM (Ecole Supérieure d'ingénieurs de Marseille). As a shareholder of the group, he started his career as the director of the handling and lifting company ADC (Ateliers De la Chaînette) in 1985. He then assumed the leadership of Marini SpA, an Italian road equipment company, from 1988 to 1991.
Actively involved in the organization, management, and development of the businesses, he became the CEO of the Group in 1994 and the President in 2013.
LAURENT FAYAT, GENERAL MANAGER
Born in 1967, Laurent Fayat is the youngest son of Clément Fayat, the group's founder. A graduate of ISG (Institut Supérieur de Gestion), he has held various operational leadership roles within the Group, starting in the Boilerwork division and later in the specialized divisions of Building and Public Works, beginning with the Foundations division (comprising two companies: Sefi-Intrafor and Franki Fondation).
Since 2009, he has been serving as the President of Razel-Bec and is the General Manager of the FAYAT Group.
