Context


Within the scope of the decontamination and dismantling of buildings 105X/122X at the Belgoprocess site in Dessel, Belgium, COMETE was chosen by ONDRAF, the Belgian organisation responsible for radioactive waste management, to supply various handling equipment, some of which is located in cells and equipped with safety and breakdown equipment.

  • Cell bridges Supply of 4 secure cranes with grapples and remote troubleshooting system.
  • Goods lifts Supply of 3 goods lifts for transporting waste containers.
  • Monorails and jib cranes Supply of 2 monorails, one of which is curved, and 5 jib cranes.
