Crédit Agricole Aquitaine will set up its headquarters on premises with dual environmental certification: tertiary HQE (high environmental quality) and BREEAM ("good" rating). On the programme: the construction of 6 connected buildings, an striking structure with large glazed frontages, in keeping with the Bassins à Flots district. This complex will be built on the site of the current Lesieur factory, with a floor area of 12,300m², and will feature 6 floors of offices and meeting rooms, a 2-floor / 360-seater lecture hall, a business centre, a reception area, a staff canteen and dedicated kitchen, a 250-space car park, and a logistics area. In collaboration with SAREC (FAYAT Group - roof waterproofing) and CASTEL ALU (Fayat Group - frontages).
