Razel-Bec, Fayat Energie Services et Sefi-Intrafor are part of a consortium selected to build Haliotis 2, the Nice Côte d’Azur municipal wastewater treatment and recycling complex.This next-generation plant is designed to help the city meet its environmental transition goals. Haliotis 2 requires an overall investment of €700 million to create a cutting-edge system aiming to meet high environmental requirements, based on state-of-the-art water treatment specifications and expected future environmental and sanitary standards. The 11-year contract covers both construction and operation. The works will get underway in the second half of 2024, guaranteeing continuity of service on the current site, then progressive commissioning from 2025 to 2030.
