THE CROWN JEWEL OF VIGNOBLES FAYAT
The first property acquired by Clément Fayat in 1969 is also the crown jewel of our vineyards. The new production facilities added to the winery designed by Jean Nouvel produced their first vintage in 2013.
The wines, a mixture of Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon, are developed with expert advice from Michel Rolland. The new production facility doubles up as an innovative reception area around a unique panoramic terrace that has housed a restaurant since 2014: La Terrasse Rouge.
