A new building on the site, designed to support teams
Designed as a functional, modern and scalable workspace, the new building supports the development of the Group’s activities with a total surface area of 3,144 m².
It currently accommodates:
- Approximately 70 collaborators from Fayat Energy Services
- Approximately 50 collaborators from BOMAG France
The project was entrusted to Fayat Immobilier Île-de-France, collaboration with the subsidiaries Urbaine de Travaux and Satelec
A space dedicated to collaboration and daily life
- The activities of BOMAG, historically established on the site, are fully maintained and enhanced through a showroom dedicated to equipment presentation, as well as a workshop dedicated to maintenance operations and spare parts management.
- The project also includes an inter-company restaurant, designed as a genuine place for daily life, interaction and conviviality, serving collaborators from: BOMAG, Fayat Energy Services, Fayat Foundations, SAML, Darras et Jouanin, Urbaine de Travaux
- This facility directly contributes to quality of life at work, encourages inter-company exchanges and strengthens the collective momentum across the Viry-Châtillon site.
