On 20 september 2021, Fayat announces the acquisition of NXO from Butler Industries.

ON SEPTEMBER 20, 2021, THE FAYAT GROUP COMPLETED THE ACQUISITION OF NXO. 

The Fayat group is pleased to announce the acquisition of NXO, an independent French leader in the field of integration and management of digital business flows. 

NXO has today joined the Fayat Energie Services division, in order to strengthen the Digital & Systems activity and meet the needs related to the digital transformation of its customers. Thanks to this new acquisition, the Fayat group strengthens its status as a major player able to meet the challenges of the exponential growth of data flows, new services associated with digitalization and improvement of overall performance. The collaborations and synergies that will be created within the Division, in particular with the Semeru subsidiary, as well as with the rest of the Fayat group, constitute as many new business, trade, geographical and commercial opportunities.
