FAYAT Group acquires Mecalac
The Group announces the acquisition of a 100% stake in the Mecalac Group. Mecalac is a recognized specialist in compact and innovative construction equipment tailored to urban environments. From excavators and loaders to dumpers and backhoe loaders, Mecalac designs and manufactures its machines in France, Germany, the UK, and Turkey.
The company offers its customers premium, high-tech solutions.
An enhanced offering for urban construction sites
Mecalac is joining the Group’s Road Equipment Division, a global leader in this field.
This strategic integration strengthens the Division’s portfolio with sustainable solutions specifically designed for urban job sites, increasing the number of FAYAT production sites to 29 across Europe, Asia, and the Americas.

Mecalac will retain its autonomy ;a core value of the Group; as a premium brand, while benefiting from FAYAT’s industrial and technological support.
