THERMAL REHABILITATION BY SEG-FAYAT ON AN OCCUPIED SITE
To thermally rehabilitate the Saint-Exupery apartment building, Seg-Fayat (Fayat Building division subsidiary) renovated 5,800m² of frontages. The teams were required, in just one day and on an occupied site, to remove the asbestos-containing frontages and replace them with wooden-framed frontages. The project was "Patrimoine Habitat Rénovation"-approved.
