As part of "Opération Plan Campus", the University of Grenoble decided to modernise and chose Fayat to bring this project to fruition.
Under the terms of a PPP agreement, Grenoble-Alpes University chose a consortium, particularly featuring the Fayat Group and its Fayat Building division, to design, build and maintain 4 buildings for its Human & Social Sciences (HSS) Department on the Saint-Martin-d'Hères University Campus.
