A LONG-TERM PARTNERSHIP

After the Flamanville 3 and Taishan 1 and 2 projects, the Fayat Group, and more particularly its Fayat Metal division, has been called upon for its technical expertise. On 29 January 2018, a contract for the supply and related services of 29 overhead travelling cranes with capacities ranging from 10 to 300 tonnes was signed between Fayat and EDF Energy. The design phase started immediately and work will start in 2020. The Fayat Group is justifiably proud of this long-term partnership which once again goes to prove that its know-how is duly recognised both in France and abroad.

The contract confirms the close partnership between EDF and the Fayat Group for the supply of hoisting and material handling equipment in all kinds of nuclear power plants.
