On the 1st February and after 29 months of work, the teams delivered 45,000m2 of construction dedicated to leading figures in the world of fashion. Quality standards and deadlines were both met and hailed by our delighted client.
400 workers were involved on this project - combining creative workshops and fashion shows, storage, multi-company restaurant, offices, etc. - with its all-trades works budget of €110 million.
This project, which features a distinctive ultra-high performance fibre concrete (UHPFC) exoskeleton, also met the criteria for several standards and certifications:
- NF HQE (high environmental quality) Tertiary Buildings
- New Exceptional rating, BREEAM International New Construction 2016
- Excellent rating, Effinergie standard, and Paris Energy Climate Plan.
