This extraordinary achievement offers the very latest in terms of the environment. It is classified as a low-consumption building, with the emphasis on natural light and all the rooms facing south. As main contractor, CARI Thouraud, an agency of the Fayat Bâtiment division, completed the construction of the biggest private hospital construction project in France over the last few years in less than 26 months. This exceptional undertaking included the construction of a semi-underground technical building, of four 4-storey buildings and an outdoor car park for 1,100 cars.
