TWO SUBSIDIARIES INVOLVED
Managed by Fayat Bâtiment Ile-de-France, as part of a consortium with Urbaine de Travaux, works package A includes a 385-apartment building with 8 stairwells plus 2 shared basement floors for car parks and cellars and 3 street-level shops. Works package B in turn includes the construction, all trades included, of an 11-floor building with 2 basement floors, i.e. 141 luxury apartments, 1 set of business premises, plus parking spaces.
The two building complexes are approved and certified: BBC 2005 EFFINERGIE label and Habitat & Environnement (i.e. housing & environment) certification, profile B.
