New head office for Partenord Habitat in Lille

Supported by the Third Industrial Revolution, this project is a harmonious combination of the urban and environmental ambitions of the city of tomorrow.

After 24 months of work, Nord France delivered the new head office of Partenord Habitat, social landlord of Hauts de France.

At the corner of two streets, constituting a major gateway to the city of Lille, the new headquarters of Partenord has taken its place.

Composed of three distinct entities: the headquarters of Partenord, offices and housing, the building is made up of layers between urban facades, terraces and gardens.

Driven by the Third Industrial Revolution, the Partenord Habitat headquarters project is a harmonious combination of the urban and environmental ambitions of the city of tomorrow.

The interplay of layers used in the project generates a large number of terraces distributed throughout the building with multiple orientations and surfaces adapted to each use.

The building, recognizable by its volumes and recesses, is made up of five distinct entities:

  • the headquarters of Partenord Habitat distributed over 9 levels,
  • offices for a surface area of ​​3,500 m²,
  • 50 social rental housing,
  • commercial units on the ground floor,
  • Not to mention the 220 underground parking spaces that complete this project.

After two years of work, the building was delivered on October 2, 2020.
