Major rehabilitation of social housing and their energy renovation
In September 2023, Darras et Jouanin will complete the thermal rehabilitation of 77 housing units in Mantes-la-Jolie (78) for Résidences Yvelines Essonne. A similar operation of 57 housing units for Malakoff Habitat (92), with the maintenance of commercial activities on the ground floor for the duration of the works, is in progress. And since the end of May, the thermal rehabilitation for RIVP in Paris 20th has been completed.
In terms of restructuring and extension Urbaine de Travaux has completed the Jean Jacques Rousseau school complex in Colombes (92): the works took place in 3 phases and on an occupied site. In April 2023, she was entrusted with the extension and restructuring of the Jean-Jacques Rousseau college in Argenteuil (95).
