Major acquisitions in 2021
In 2021 alone, Fayat strengthened its Road Equipment and Energy Services divisions through the acquisitions of Dulevo (an Italian company specialising in sweeping solutions) and NXO (a French company specialising in integration solutions and digital business flow management). These acquisitions further consolidate the Group’s expertise and market share.
ENERGY SERVICES
The acquisition on 20 September 2021 of NXO in the Energy Services division strengthens our Digital & Systems activities to better meet the needs of our clients’ digital transformations. This new acquisition positions the Fayat Group as a major player able to meet the challenges posed by the exponential growth of data flows, new services resulting from digitalisation, and overall performance improvements.

ROAD EQUIPMENT
On 31 May 2021, the Fayat Group acquired Dulevo International S.p.A. as part of the Fayat Environmental Solutions brand of our Road Equipment division. This acquisition makes FAYAT Environmental Solutions the world leader in sweeping solutions. The strength of Dulevo’s range enhances the product portfolio offered by Fayat Environmental Solutions companies (Ravo, Scarab and Mathieu), particularly in the field of self-propelled mechanical sweepers. Fayat Environmental Solutions now has the most comprehensive product catalogue available to meet all customer needs worldwide.

Its resources come mainly from the Group’s operational activities and will guarantee the financial independence necessary to carry out its missions in the fields of health, heritage and training.
