Clément Fayat

Clément Fayat, founder

Born in 1932, Clément Fayat, who founded the Group bearing his name, headed up his very first company at just 22 years old. Self-taught, he began his career as an entrepreneur in the Bordeaux region (South-West France) in 1957. As a man of growth and development, he now manages the largest independent construction Group in France.
Jean-Claude Fayat

Jean-Claude Fayat, CEO

Born in 1958, Jean-Claude Fayat, the eldest son of Clément Fayat, graduated from the ESIM (Marseilles School of Engineering). As a shareholder of the Group, he started out as manager of the handling and lifting company ADC (Ateliers De la Chaînette) in 1985. Then, he takes the lead of Marini SpA, an italian road equipment company from 1988 to 1991. Closely involved in the organisation, management and development of the companies, he became the Group's Managing Director in 1994 and President in 2013.
Laurent Fayat

Laurent Fayat, Managing Director

As a graduate of ISG (Graduate Institute of Management) and born in 1967, Laurent Fayat is Clément Fayat's youngest son. As a shareholder of the Group, he has assumed administrative, management control and leadership responsibilities within the pressure vessels division. He then joined the construction & civil engineering activities and took charge of the foundations division (Sefi-Intrafor, Sotraisol Fondations and Franki Fondation). Today, he is the Managing Director of the Group and, since 2009, has been the CEO of Razel-Bec.
